Neighbors and Burglars

When we lived in the city
we used to leave the lights on
to keep away the burglars.
Now we leave the lights off
to keep away the neighbors.
My mom says it’s because
there is always a chance
we’ll like the burglars.

hahaha…at the commune, do people have to call before stopping by their friend’s room, or can you guys just show up unannounced?

We dont have a rule as such. Most people would just drop by, but if the door is closed and no one responds you would generally leave it alone – unless you had a fairly intimate relationship with the person and they you might go inside.
And most people can be called, because we dont all have phones. Tho texting is on the rise.
